Nervous Online Shop Regulations.
1.Internet store Nervous Online Shop is run by PPHU ICE FULL and located at 3/1 Glowackiego Street, 90-200 Tomaszow Mazowiecki.
2.It is presumed that the user, who has placed an order, has become acquainted with the shop regulations and the content.
3.It is possible to place orders 24/7 throughout the year. However, we reserve the right to introduce limitations connected with using the store.
4.Orders can be placed only by registered and logged users.
5.The order is proceeded after finishing the process of placing an order and automatic sending to Nervous Online Shop.
6.The user is obliged to the full and consistent state of order.
7.Nervous Online Shop reserves the right to verify orders or even cancel them in justified circumstances.
8.The realisation of order starts the next working day after placing an order.
In the case of necessary verification the order will be handed over to realisation the
next working day, after the day the order is verified.
9. It is assumed that the contract of sale is concluded the moment the realisation starts to
take place.
10. Prices of products in the Nervous Online Shop are given in Polish zlotys, pounds and euro including VAT. Prices do not contain postages.
11. Nervous Online Shop has the right to change the prices of products in the offer
without prior notification. It does not concern already placed orders.
12. The store reserves the right to withdraw products from the offer without prior
notification.
13. Cost of parcel for each order is according to the rate of Polish Post Office. Cost of
parcel is included.
14. Packages are delivered by Polish Post Office priority parcel.
15. The maximum time of realisation of an order i.e. sending the package to the user lasts
2 days. Time of sending the package by Polish Post Office should be added.
16. Nervous Online Shop does not bear responsibility for unpunctual delivery of package
by Polish Mail.
17. Receipt is the confirmation of each transaction. VAT invoice will be sent if requested.
18. Payment for the ordered products including parcel cost is before realisation by transfer to shop account.
19. Complaints about mechanical damages made during the delivery of package will be
taken under consideration only on the basis of damage protocol signed by the receiver
and the deliverer of package.
20. Complaints should be reported to Nervous Online Shop via email:
shop@nervous.com.pl ( complaint is requested to be written in the subject of email ) or
telephone. An application should contain the name and surname of user, the
number of order, the number of receipt and the description of product.
21. Costs of unjustified complaints, or damages of product made by the user, are
covered by the customer.
22. There is a possibility to exchange product for another size, colour or model. However,
the difference between prices will be taken into account. Cost of exchange is paid
by the customer.
23. According to the Consumer Protection act from 23.03.2000 and responsibility for
damages caused by dangerous product it is possible to resign without giving a reason
within 10 days from the date of collecting the package. By no means the returned
product cannot be used or damaged.
24. Returns are requested to be sent to: Internet Store NERVOUS DISTRIBUTION,
90-102 Lodz, Piotrkowska 80, with postscript: return.
25. Refund will be transferred to the user’s bank account. Cost of parcel or any other costs
of transactions will not be returned.
26. Regulations of Civil Code, act from 02.03.2000 about protection of some consumers’
rights and responsibility for damages caused by dangerous product, should be applied
in cases which are not regulated by this Statue.
